An eCommerce experience elevating PUMA's brand mission: Forever Faster.

Forever Faster is PUMA's mantra. Combining fast products with fast athletes to create a unique experience for more than 70 years. On the way to becoming the fastest sports brand in the world, we supported PUMA in three areas and transformed the mantra into unique and long-lasting eCommerce experiences.

THE CHALLENGE: MAKING THE PRODUCT INNOVATION TANGIBLE

The aim is to provide users with more immersive and tangible gateways into product innovations, matching their interest with captivating storytelling, hence developing a solid bond between the brand identity of PUMA and the customer. This is coupled with a desire to pioneer cutting-edge communications with customers, tapping into emerging, innovative mechanics, thus bringing the digital shopping experience to life.

Product innovation & insights

In close cooperation with the PUMA marketing and product development team, we map out a first understanding for the new product innovation and define possible creative directions.

We want to develop a strong bond between PUMA's brand identity, product innovation, and the customer. To do so, we define a strategy for the creation process by understanding the target group, analyzing their needs and generating insights.

Now let the fun part begin! In our creative concepts we combine product innovation with the needs of the target group, defining a unique, brand related and captivating product story.

Visual direction & development
Based on the product's visual identity, we unleash the product story through a compelling visual presentation that is memorable through cutting-edge technology and innovative mechanics.

Besides the development of the creative idea, we love to work hands-on and take our thoughts from idea to realization. Starting with styleframes, object scanning, 3D modeling, texturing and animation up to programming, we take over and accompany the process to ensure our high quality level.

Based on data-driven insights from PUMA's global platform, we have analyzed users' shopping behavior to ensure the best shopping experience. We know how customers behave, what they like when shopping for shoes, and what they are looking for. The insights gained were the basis for the targeted development of eCommerce modules like the Shoe-Finder, the Product-Differentiator, or the Apparel-Modul.
